We want you to love your flowers! If something isn’t quite right with your order, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right.

As a local florist, we stand behind every arrangement that leaves our shop and guarantee your satisfaction with every delivery within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on what works best for you. Just contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order so we can help as quickly as possible.

You can reach us through our Contact Page, send us mail to the address listed there, or just give us a call — that’s usually the quickest way to sort things out. We’re always happy to chat and make things right!

A Quick Note

  • Because flowers are perishable, we may ask for a photo of the arrangement to understand the issue.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved.
  • Custom, event, or holiday orders may have slightly different terms, which we’ll always discuss with you in advance.
  • We do our best to deliver safely and on time! Once flowers are delivered to the address provided, they become the recipient’s responsibility. We can’t replace arrangements that are damaged or taken after delivery (like by curious pets, weather, or porch pirates), but we’re always happy to help brainstorm a safe spot for future deliveries.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’re happy to make that happen! Just let us know what went wrong, and we’ll arrange for a fresh replacement delivery or an in-store exchange — whichever is easiest for you.

In most cases, we can have a replacement ready the same day or next day, depending on flower availability and delivery timing.

To help us understand the issue, we may ask for a quick photo of the original arrangement. This helps us make sure your replacement is exactly what you expected — or even a little better!

If the flowers were a gift order, we can contact the recipient directly to coordinate delivery so they don’t have to worry about a thing.
